Janneke 'Tateshina' Koole is a certified Sweet Medicine Sundance teacher and a valued member of the Hereditary Lineage Leaders, known as the "keeper of lineage knowledge". She has taught in Europe, Canada, Australia, and the United States since 1990, bringing a wealth of wisdom, contagious joy, and clear yet simple directness to her teachings.
An authorised ceremonialist and medicine woman, Janneke also practices as a counsellor and art therapist. She has a particular love for the application of the Wheels and Keys as tools for self-growth and creative expression.
Her love for learning sparks hope in others to find joy in living, meaning and purpose in adversity, and creative solutions within all forms of relationships. She invites others to take another look at life with a tender boldness.
Janneke is the author of Jenny and the Big Old Oak Tree, a children's book about the Five Perceptions, and Journeys into the Mirror, a journal for women.
Sara 'Water Bear' Regester is a Registered Nurse and Stress Management Specialist, and founder of Directions4Wellness in Phoenix, Arizona, supporting individuals and organisations to manage stress, reduce burnout, and create more fulfilment in their lives.
She has been an apprentice on the Sweet Medicine Sundance path since 2003, integrating the Wheels and Keys into both her life and her work as an Integrative Health Coach. Sara's expertise is supporting people to master stress and move through the resistance that keeps them stuck, creating space for genuine healing and a Dharmic lifestyle. She brings deep personal experience of the Sweet Medicine Gateway work and its capacity for rapid, lasting transformation.
