Coaching arrived in my life during a season when I was unpacking the deep power of words. After years of struggling in relationships, there was only one choice: evolve, or game over. The answer was obviously evolve.
A long healing journey began. It was a life coach who ushered me toward the a-ha moment that brought me to study coaching myself.
I'm a licensed acupuncturist with a background in Chinese medicine. I ran an Italian retreat center, At The Aia, in 2016.
Rachelle Tersigni was a yoga teacher for over a decade and later became a depth-oriented psychotherapist. Her work lives at the intersection of body, mind, and soul. Her path into therapy began with yoga where she eventually discovered there was something missing from deep meaningful change and that missing link was discovered in my studies and training in NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model), a cutting-edge approach to healing complex and developmental trauma.
Rachelle brings these two worlds together with care and intention. The somatic awareness cultivated through years of yoga teaching, combined with the relational depth, creates a space where clients can meet themselves honestly in the present moment, and in relationship.
She is drawn to cultivating healing circles and bringing women together to create a safe space where community can be nurtured and heart felt healing can emerge.
Details of this retreat
This retreat exists because there are moments in a woman's life when she knows, something needs to shift internally and she wants to do it in a supportive group container.
This is a collaboration between a depth-oriented psychotherapist and a master astrologer and coach, this retreat brings together two powerful lenses for self-understanding: the inner world of the psyche and the larger cosmic rhythms that shape our lives. Where therapy meets the stars, something remarkable becomes possible.
We believe that transformation needs more than an hour a week. It needs time, beauty, community, and the kind of deep presence that only comes when you step fully out of your ordinary life. Rome: ancient, layered, and alive provides exactly that container.

Our venue sits on Via di Grotta Pinta, one of Rome's most quietly extraordinary streets. What appears to be a gently curved residential road is in fact built directly over the ancient foundations of the Theatre of Pompey, one of the greatest monuments of the Roman world. The curve of the street still traces the shape of that ancient cavea, the arc where thousands once gathered. You feel it without knowing why, something old and held in the stones beneath your feet.
