Meet Daniella — our Yoga & Pilates teacher for Retreat U Ibiza 🤍
I met Daniella while spending the summer in Ibiza, an island that holds a very special place in my heart and where our first European Retreat U experience will be held.
From the moment we connected, her passion for movement, wellbeing and helping others feel stronger within themselves was undeniable.
Daniella’s background and knowledge are truly second to none. With years of experience teaching Yoga and Pilates, she brings a beautiful balance of strength, mobility, mindfulness and deep body awareness to every session she leads.
Her approach is welcoming to all levels — whether you’re completely new or already experienced — ensuring every woman feels supported, confident and empowered.
Living and working on the island, Daniella also shares an intimate knowledge of Ibiza’s hidden nature spots, guiding some of our retreat hikes through the island’s most peaceful and breathtaking locations.
Movement, connection and nature are at the heart of the Retreat U experience, and we couldn’t imagine a more perfect person to lead this journey with us.
Lorraine Whitby is a multi-skilled therapist, coach and workshop facilitator and has been supporting clients in achieving their wellness and life goals since 1990. She brings clarity and insights into each challenge, allowing the client to find workable solutions to move themselves forward effectively. She specialises in identifying repeating patterns of negative behaviour and offers strategies for clients to let go of the past and become more successful in all areas of their life.
Meet Tanya — our Sound Bath Practitioner at Retreat U Ibiza ✨
I met Tanya during one of my summers in Ibiza — a place that has always felt deeply grounding and inspiring to me.
Although originally from the UK, Tanya now divides her time between the UK and Ibiza, sharing her beautiful work through sound healing across the island.
I experienced one of Tanya’s sound baths myself, and it was truly unforgettable. The calm, connection and deep sense of release I felt afterwards stayed with me long after the session ended.
In that moment, I knew I wanted to bring this experience into Retreat U — allowing other women to slow down, reconnect and experience the powerful healing of sound together.
Tanya creates a safe, nurturing space where crystal bowls, frequencies and gentle vibrations guide you into deep rest, emotional reset and stillness.
Her sessions are more than relaxation — they’re moments of connection, friendship and shared experience.

Directions
Villa Lucky is located in the peaceful Benimussa countryside near San Antonio, Ibiza, approximately 20–25 minutes from Ibiza Airport (IBZ).
The easiest way to reach the villa is by taxi, which costs around €35–€45 depending on the time of day. We can also help arrange private airport transfers upon request for an additional fee.
For guests using public transport, take the L9 airport bus to San Antonio bus station, then a short taxi ride to Villa Lucky.
Full arrival details and directions will be sent after booking confirmation. We recommend arriving on Sunday between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM for check-in and welcome refreshments, or 10am if attending the retreat from the 15th to 18th October. Check out 10am on the Sunday.
