      Abhinam Ashtanga Iyengar Yoga

I completed my 200 hours ttc last year. It was a truly unique experience that allowed me to go deeper into myself and yoga practice. Initially, I had heard a few bad stories about India and was afraid to come alone. However, upon arriving in Goa School, I felt a welcoming sense of community and safety. My 200 hour course was intense and incorporated various styles of yoga, teaching techniques, philosophy, anatomy and physiology and importantly alignment using props. The teachers truly care deeply about each and every student. They are a passionate bunch who love to share their knowledge. The course was filled with people from all over the world who came sincerely to learn yoga. I felt that every student was selected on the basis of willingness to go deeper. There was no one who had come with a holiday mood. I would highly recommend this school if you look for an authentic traditional experience.

Thank you!

We're glad you've joined our retreat community. See you around :)
