Details of this retreat

Our 7-Day Tai Chi & Qigong Wellness Retreat in Wudang Mountain is designed for anyone seeking better health, greater inner calm, and an authentic experience of traditional Taoist culture.

During the retreat, guests practice Wudang Tai Chi, Qigong, standing exercises, breathing, and mindful movement in the peaceful surroundings of Yuzhen Palace, allowing the body to relax while developing balance, flexibility, coordination, and awareness.

The program is suitable for complete beginners as well as experienced practitioners. Training is progressive and can be adjusted to different ages and fitness levels, with an emphasis on learning correctly rather than pushing the body.

Beyond daily practice, guests experience the unique atmosphere of Wudang Mountain through Taoist culture, traditional wellness activities, local sightseeing, healthy Chinese meals, and time for rest and reflection.

With comfortable accommodation, three meals per day, small-group instruction, and local pickup included, the retreat offers an opportunity to step away from everyday life and spend seven days focusing on your body, mind, and inner wellbeing.

Whether your goal is to learn authentic Tai Chi and Qigong, improve your health, reduce stress, or simply reconnect with yourself, this retreat offers a peaceful and meaningful introduction to the Wudang way of life.
