Anatomy and Physiology – AP

In the Anatomy and Physiology (AP) we will focus on the structure of the body as a whole, including the nervous system, cardiovascular system, circulatory system, skeletal system and muscular system.In Energetic yoga we will focus on the subtle body, vayus, koshas, chakras, nadis, gunas and dosha.We will approach each student considering to which stage they are on on their path of healing and discovery of themselves. Our discussions will include: therapeutic asana modifications, pranayama, anatomy, mudras, kriya, yoga nidra, positive affirmation and meditation. We will teach our students how these techniques can heal their future clients, so that they can educate them about the empowering field of yoga Chikitsa. In teaching methodology (TM) we will focus on principles of demonstration, observation, assisting and correcting yoga asana according to time, place and situation. We will also focuson the way of teaching yoga as individual or in a group, with people of different nations, cultures, religions and age. In the Yoga Philosophy, Life Style &Ethics(YPLE) we will focus on yoga philosophies and traditional texts, such as the Yoga sutras and Hatha yoga pradipika yoga, the basics of Sanskrit and pronunciation.We will teach about the basics of Ayurveda, its aims and objectives, and the concepts of health, wellness, and diet from the Ayurvedic viewpoint. Anant vinyasa yoga

Anant yoga vinyasa means a step-by-step approach or a  gradual progression that systematically and appropriately takes a yoga practioner from one point and safely lands them at the next point. It has been popularized and is now used in many yoga classes to describe the connection of one pose to the next, as in the Sun Salutation or Moon Salutation that you described. It is sometimes described as the "breathing system," or the union of breath and movement that make up the steps.It is also now a commonly used "shorthand" in many flow classes. In Anant yoga vinyasa refers to a specific series of movements that are frequently done between each asana in a series.

Ashtanga yoga

Also called the yoga of the eight members that adheres to eight precepts which are prohibitions or abstinence, rules or observations, posture, breath control, sense control, concentration, contemplation or meditation deeper. It is ideal to eliminate stress, to correct addictions, and learn to control themselves and demanding personalities.

Iyengar yoga

Iyengar Yoga, one of the most widely-practiced forms, emphasizes correct alignment of all parts of the body within each yoga pose. This precision builds strength, concentration balance, stamina, flexibility and a new sense of well being. Achieving meditation in action, students learn to exist fully and vibrantly in the present moment. Yoga Teacher Training Rishikesh In India - Eligibility.

Anyone who is interested in learning ancient Indian system of Yoga and its applied sciences, with basic knowledge of yoga and ability to follow the yoga instructions and lectures in English, is welcome to join our yoga teacher training course certified by Yoga Alliance .

Individuals suffering from any ailments are advised not to seek admission for this course.

The candidate's age should not be less than 18 years at the time of admission. Yoga aspirants above the age of 50 years may be considered by the executive committee provided a fitness certificate is submitted at the time of admission.

In case of pregnancy, a medical authorization certificate for practising yoga is required.

It is best to attend regular classes for best insights and devote yourself to the healing process. You can enjoy the weekends outside as well.

It is highly recommended to keep the accommodation as well as common areas as clean and hygienic as possible. The retreat center maintains high standards when it comes to cleanliness.

The system of the traditional teaching some time may differ from the west. Therefore students are advised to make their mind before they apply or get registered. Even some time the fundamental understanding of yogic path may differ from yoga schools in the west.

Students are expected to hold respectful behavior and friendly attitude towards the teachers, staff, and colleagues.

You are suggested to take care of your luggage and belongings additionally. Though Anant Yoga School will make proper arrangements to give you privacy and protection in the institute.

During the tenure of training, consumption of drugs, drinks, and smoking is prohibited. This is the new beginning of life and thus, you need to leave all the negativity outside.

If you have undergone any surgery process or injuries recently then let Anant Yoga School know in advance. If you are suffering from food allergy or disease then also report it to the mentors or the management team.

Students need to be on time in classes and acquire at least 90% of attendance to achieve the certification. Missing classes, except for emergency cases, needs to be completed.
