Join Tunjung’s deep seven days The Art of Letting Go: Live Your Life with Abundance and Bliss group retreat that will help you find a way to release fear, worry, anxiety guilt, deep sadness, trauma, attachment and replace them with an open heart, freedom and self contentment. Seven days are really great to have special intensive day to day experiencing self-exercise within a group retreat allows individuals to have self and group deep interaction and connection. Raising self-love and as well as compassions to others.

This retreat consists the day to day simple discipline, that you can bring and continue to practice at home. Start with daily early morning Yoga and breathing exercise, we also have daily dharma talk and theacings by Tunjung and other guest Teachers, daily guided meditations, daily self and group practice, sharing, self and group exercise, self understanding, growing spiritually, water purification, receive wisdom from High Priest, learn to live blisfully with simple method yet very powerful and transformative.

From the airport depending time of day, traffic, cultural ceremonies it should take between 45 minutes and an 1 hour 30 minutes to arrive Ubud from Denpasar or DPS airport.
At the airport are small mini-mart so you can acquire water, drinks, granola, nuts, snacks for your ride if you are hungry or thirsty.
You can book a taxi directly in the airport. Should be 300,000 no more than 350,000 rupiah or less $20-25 USD one way. YOu should be able to negotiate 250,(contact info blocked),000. You can coordinate with other participants and share rides together.
