About us

Imagine soaking yourself in the warm Costa Rican southern pacific ocean,  exploring through the jungle and discovering waterfalls.  Join me in Dominical, Costa Rica for a Yoga and Surf Retreat.  Learn how to Live your Yoga on and off the mat! 

Wake up each morning where the ocean meets the jungle. Start and end each day with a yoga class. Nourish yourself with three healthy, local meals a day. Lay in the warm sand under the sun as you listen to the ocean waves, read a book, or journal. Connect to your inner child as you play and participate in a partner yoga workshop. A surf lesson in the warm waters of the Costa Rican southern pacific ocean!! Don't forget about adventuring through the jungle and discovering waterfalls.

December 13th: Go out for dinner with the group
December 14th
Breakfast: Blackberry banana chia pudding with ground almonds, black sesame & toasted coconut and fruit salad
Lunch: Make your own - spicy tempeh lettuce wraps, with peanut satay rice noodle salad, chinese cabbage & almond slaw
Dinner: Minestrone quinoa soup, roast vegetable medley, green salad
December 15th
Breakfast:Cinnamon Oatmeal Porridge nuts and dried fruit with watermelon liner lime and mint smoothy
Lunch: Avocado cucumber gazpacho, mixed bean and lentil salad, light greens with seed topping and yogurt ( vegan option? ) dressing and yucca flat breads
December 16th
Breakfast: Tropical Fruit salad with honey granola and coconut yogurt
Lunch: Blackbean tempeh chili, sweet savory rice with almonds, leafy greens and roast corn salsa & spring onions
Dinner: Tofu and veg tiki masala
December 17th
Breakfast: Mango Chia pudding with green smoothy
Lunch: Spirallized zucchini, spinach, and roast pepper salad with toasted sesame, sunflower seeds, and lemon basil and olive oil dressing
Dinner: Sushi night; with mixed vegan sushi rolls and soy sauce
December 18th
Breakfast: Gluten free peanut butter banana pancakes with honey


Our King Rooms have the option of a king bed plus a single bed or three single beds, and have private bathrooms and showers. Please select which bed configuration option you would prefer at the on the checkout page. All of our rooms offer AC, Wifi, free filtered water, and access to shared decks and fully equipped kitchen.
