We are pleased to inform you about our upcoming accredited training in Portugal in the field of Expanded States of Consciousness (ESC), certified by DGERT. Certificates are issued through the SIGO platform (Sistema de Informação e Gestão da Oferta Educativa e Formativa), and the training is registered in the Passaporte Qualifica.

This program does not involve the use of any psychotropic substances or visionary medicines.

We offer three modules, which do not follow a specific sequence, so you can start with any of them: Preparation, Interventions and Support, and Integration during Expanded States of Consciousness.

Due to our extensive training and experience with Expanded States of Consciousness—including Grof Transpersonal Training and Holotropic Breathwork—as well as requests from several of our participants, we have created this training to address and support the different outcomes that can emerge from these experiences, from challenging episodes to transpersonal, perinatal, and biographical experiences.

This course includes both theoretical and practical components to better equip participants to intervene and offer support during ESC experiences. It is especially designed for professionals who wish to work in this field and are looking for concrete tools to apply in their professional practice.

There is growing talk about “guardians” of plant medicines or “tripsitters” in ESC sessions, yet little to no practical training is provided. Many of these guardians feel lost in their roles, not knowing how to act when faced with challenging situations. This training seeks to fill that gap. It is held in a group setting over four days, in a natural immersive environment that fosters connection with oneself and with others who share similar interests and experiences. It is also a great opportunity to build a strong network within the growing or re-emerging psychedelic and visionary medicine community in Portugal and globally.

We offer a theoretical-practical approach based on Grofian principles and our nearly 30 years of experience in the field of Expanded States of Consciousness. A variety of practical intervention techniques will be shared to support participants in navigating challenging ESC experiences.

The program includes several activities such as:
Yoga · Breathwork · Journaling · Art Therapy · Dance · Sharing Circles · Nature Connection · and more.

This training offers numerous tools you can integrate into your professional practice. It is intended for psychologists, psychotherapists, psychiatrists, trainers, therapists, facilitators, and others with prior experience in expanded states of consciousness.

A Manual for Interventions and Support during Expanded States of Consciousness will be provided during the training.
