About us

The Buddha taught a path of practice that encompassed the entirety of one’s life. Nothing at all should be left out of the inquiry of how we’re living a life inclined towards freedom from suffering. In this 8 week program we will practice with the Buddha’s eightfold path. Each week we’ll explore a different path factor using silent and relational practices, and contemplations. Front and center will be our inherently relational lives and how we’re living in the world. How can we incline our lives more deeply towards harmony and ease, that supports the arising of wisdom?

Each session will include take-home practices to explore in our day-to-day lives. 

Participants will meet online in real-time via Zoom (web video conference) for 90 minutes on Tuesdays for eight consecutive weeks: November 14, 21, 28, December 5, 12, 19, 26, 2017, and January 2, 2018.
