La Dolce Vita: The Sweet Life Retreat for Women

About us

To be truly alive, we must move, create, laugh, play, give of ourselves, and be open to receive. We know how easy it can be to get caught up in our daily routines and forget that our lives are to be enjoyed!

What better way to reset than to spend a week in a charming 18th century Tuscan villa nestled in the hills? Give yourself permission to press pause on the mundane and join us for this decadent respite; you’ll dive into your yoga practice, explore the Italian countryside, enjoy delectable meals, nurture your body, mind and spirit, and rediscover the sweetness of life. We’ll even participate in a cooking class to learn some of the secrets of traditional Italian foods!

Included in this retreat:

7 Nights Accommodations in a Boutique Hotel in Tuscany

3 Whole Foods Meals Each Day

Italian Cooking Class

Round-Trip Group Transport to/from the Airport

Daily Yoga Practices

Personal Retreat Time (having time to nap, explore, walk, read, just be)

This quaint and historical center is strategically located and is an attractive destination for many reasons. The property is on the border between Tuscany and Umbria, making it a perfect “station” to head out from on any number of itineraries. The center itself is imbued with fresco walls, intoxicating landscapes, delicious cuisine, pool and lounging area, and a beautiful group space. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are prepared daily and include healthy vegetarian options. The food is organic when available and prepared with nourishing ingredients.
