About us

Be part of the transformative power of being live and in-person together.

This signature Mother’s Day program honors the feminine in our connection, our need for our own personal development paths, our wisdom as women and our creative spirit. Nurture and care will guide us: we’ll revisit our roles, see ourselves freshly and meet our own unique feminine power. Through the ancient teachings of art, music, dreaming, mythology and psychology we’ll explore the energies of the maiden, mother and wise woman in you. Please know that no prior experience in yoga or soulwork is necessary—just being human in enough to love this Woman’s Weekend!

“PHENOMENAL WOMAN, THAT’S ME.”

–MAYA ANGELOU

Wake up to presencing meditations and guided soulwork explorations that are intuitive, deep and liberating. Playful, fun yoga and healing techniques will balance and brighten your body’s energy centers. You’ll laugh, learn, share and incorporate new ways of being into your life at home. Nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Dahlonega, Georgia, this personal discovery and yoga retreat is hosted by Soul Nourish’s Shari L Fox & Mandy Roberts―yoginis, friends and soulful women leaders.

Your all-inclusive retreat package:

Nightly accommodations, all delicious meals focused on healthy seasonal ingredients, special Mother’s Day treats, all planned programming, all-levels yoga and Enneagram classes by Mandy & Shari, welcome gifts and use of the yoga props, jacuzzi, labyrinth and woodland trails.

“AND YOU? WHEN WILL YOU BEGIN THAT LONG JOURNEY INTO YOURSELF?”

If your inner wisdom guided you here, chances are YOU are ready. Can you hear your heart saying: “YES!”? If so, we’ll see you in the mountains.

“Like molten gold, poured from the furnace of divine love into a one-of-a-kind mould, you are created uniquely and of divine essence. There is no aspect of your life separate from your spiritual journey.” – Alana Fairchild, Rumi Oracle

“How do you cope with moments of emptiness or anxiety? Where in your life do you feel innovative? Is there something new that wants to be born in you?”– Rosy Aronson, The Wisdom Keepers

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

Have been spending this year getting healthy and a retreat to relax and focus would be wonderful. Crocker

Retreat Guru's Vision

We believe human beings are innately wise, strong and kind. This wisdom, although not always experienced, is always present. Going on retreat is a beautiful way to reconnect to our basic sanity and health. Our aspiration at Retreat Guru is to inspire people to experience authentic retreats and reconnect with their innate wisdom, strength and kindness.
