About us

[en:] This course is designed for those who would like to teach the basic principles of an ayurvedic lifestyle and a balanced, tasty, vegetarian diet according to the different constitutions as defined by ayurveda. Ayurveda pays special attention to what we eat, how we eat and how we digest our food, as it is of prime importance for energy, vitality and clear thinking.

This is a 14-day intensive course. Within those days:

  • You will be trained to teach the six basic theory sessions on ayurveda and how to relate them to foods (the 3 doshas).
  • You will understand the strong link, which exists between the food we eat, our mind, our moods and consequent behaviour (the 3 gunas and the 6 tastes).
  • You will understand the importance of a strong digestion and comprehend the dis-ease process in Ayurveda.
  • You will be coached to give practical demonstrations using your own recipes and to enliven ayurvedic knowledge in your classes.

[fr:] L’Ayurvéda porte une attention particulière à ce que l’on mange et à la façon dont nous digérons, des éléments essentiels à notre niveau d’énergie, de vitalité et de clarté mentale.

Ce cours de 14 jours résidentiel s’adresse aux personnes qui souhaitent enseigner les principes de base d’un mode de vie ayurvédique, ainsi qu’une alimentation végétarienne équilibrée et délicieuse pour répondre aux besoins des différentes constitutions définies par l’Ayurvéda.

Au cours de ces journées intensives, vous apprendrez à enseigner :

  • Les six sessions théoriques de base de la connaissance ayurvédique en rapport à l’alimentation (les trois doshas, les sources de déséquilibres en ayurvéda)
  • Le lien étroit qui existe entre ce que nous mangeons, notre mental, nos humeurs et le comportement qui en résulte (les trois gunas, les six goûts)
  • L’importance d’une bonne digestion et le processus de la maladie en Ayurvéda
  • Vous apprendrez également à faire des démonstrations pratiques avec vos propres recettes et à stimuler la connaissance de l’Ayurvéda dans vos cours.
