This course includes practical tools to deal with everyday challenges and stresses, yoga within everyone’s reach to improve health, flexibility and flow of energy, ancestral breathing and relaxation techniques, as well as an initiation to the powerful purifying practice of Sudarshan Kriya, which makes it possible to achieve an unequaled inner peace.

Participants receive a daily practice to do at home and are also invited to join the weekly group sessions offered at the International Center or in city centers around the world.

[fr:]Ce cours comprend des outils pratiques pour composer avec les défis et le stress au quotidien, du yoga à la portée de tous pour améliorer la santé, la souplesse et le flux d’énergie, des techniques ancestrales de respiration et de relaxation ainsi qu’une initiation à la puissante pratique purificatrice du Sudarshan Kriya qui permet d’atteindre une paix intérieure inégalée.

Les participants reçoivent une pratique quotidienne à faire chez soi et sont aussi invités à se joindre aux séances de groupe hebdomadaires, offertes au Centre International ou dans les centres citadins partout dans le monde.
