Come join me in Tulum Mexico for a chance to unplug from life and tune in to your body and soul. This 3 day, 4 night retreat will offer you the opportunity to find your flow… both the flow in your body with Vinyasa flow style yoga classes and your spiritual flow as well with customized workshops, introduction to the world of essential oils, relaxation time at the beach and a chance to connect to the unique history and natural wonders of the Mexican Riviera.

Morning and evening Vinyasa classes offered daily will provide nourishment for the physical body and the spirit with challenging and creative Vinyasa sequences, dynamic music and real life philosophy that can be applied every day. In addition, there will be two optional workshops offered (see below) as well as an introduction to the special powers of essential oils. On the non-workshop day an optional group excursion will be arranged. (additional cost).

Karma for life: explore the Principles of Karma and how they can serve you in your life off the mat

The Art of Balance: learn about Yoga’s founding principles of Practice and Non Attachment and how they work together to create balance in the mind 

The retreat will be held at the beautiful and tropical beachfront resort, Maya Tulum Mexico, a premiere yoga and wellness destination.  Just 1.5 hour drive south of Cancun Airport and 10 mins drive south of the Mayan ruins at Tulum, this hidden gem is bordered by the ocean on one side and the jungle on the other. Step out of your cabana right onto the beach, just footsteps from the ocean.

Maya Tulum has a large split level restaurant cabana with enormous windows that offer stunning views of the ocean with turquoise Caribbean Sea lapping the white sand. The restaurant serves mostly vegetarian meals, as well as fresh fish and seafood options. Three meals per day are included in the retreat cost. Enjoy a smoothie, alcoholic or non alcoholic beverage from the bar any time.

Massages and spa treatments are available onsite at Maya Tulum, and optional activities and excursions may be arranged on arrival (such as snorkeling, stand-up paddleboard, hiking, scuba diving, biking, hiking, visits to beautiful lagoons, underground river caves (Cenotes) and popular Mayan ruin sites at Tulum). Read more about Maya Tulum’s excursions.

Tentative Daily Schedule

Check in is 3pm on Thursday. Check out is Noon on Monday. The retreat will begin on Thursday evening with a 5:30pm Yoga class followed by an Opening Circle then dinner. The retreat will end on Monday morning with a 7:30am Yoga class followed by a Closing Circle then breakfast.
