About us

Join us as Dutch Master artist Pieter Weltevrede brings to the Farm his outstanding knowledge and talent in the field of painting, and particularly for this workshop, yantra painting. For two days, Pieter leads day long workshops on the creation of these ancient Indian symbols of the Divine. We will learn about the relationship of color and shape to the different energies of Divinity, and utilize this knowledge in the hands-on creation of yantras under his supervision.

Through the practice of painting, and in particular the precision painting required in yantra creation, the mind becomes very focused. As such, yantra painting is a powerful medative tool for quieting the mind while focusing upon the Divine, helping to bring the painting nearer to their deeper Self.

Free Retreat Givewaway

We love you. And because we do, we're giving away another free retreat.

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

To find peace and renewal while going through a huge change in my life. Empty nest and the end of a 27 year marriage all at once. Susan

Retreat Guru's Vision

We believe human beings are innately wise, strong and kind. This wisdom, although not always experienced, is always present. Going on retreat is a beautiful way to reconnect to our basic sanity and health. Our aspiration at Retreat Guru is to inspire people to experience authentic retreats and reconnect with their innate wisdom, strength and kindness.
