About this Retreat
Fabian grew up in Berlin, where he learned from his father how to windsurf in the Baltic Sea as a young boy. He worked with technology startups, the United Nations and organized trips to 16 African countries supporting entrepreneurs. In his thirties, he entered a personal crisis resulting in burnout and depression.
He started listening to his inner wisdom and started volunteering in dolphin conservation in the Red Sea. He began to swim with wild dolphins every day and became deeply connected to the sea. His dream is to assist people in exploring their inner worlds by going deep into the sea and having the best time of their life.
He spends his free time traveling with world and exploring different shamanic practices, indigenous and western wisdom. Since his life change he attended trainings in Energy Healing and Water Therapy.
In the water he mostly enjoys freediving, kitesurfing and of course water therapy.
Anna is a yoga teacher and coach who has been working with the heart-opening medicine of cacao for many years. She holds women’s circles, supports transformational processes in sweat lodge ceremonies, and has been opening Ecstatic Dance spaces for several years — embracing movement and dance as a pathway back to oneself.
With a calm and grounded presence, Anna creates safe spaces where people are invited to slow down, soften, and reconnect — at their own pace and in their own way. Rather than working with fixed concepts, she responds to what is alive in the moment, supporting clarity, trust, and embodied awareness.
Living on a small island in southern Germany, surrounded by water, nature, and stillness, she continually reconnects with her own center — a quality she brings into her work. She looks forward to sharing this energy in the retreat as an invitation to pause, realign, move, and connect.
Ambika began her path of ancient earth medicine early through dance, entering professional performance at a young age and walking this path for over two decades. Through movement, presence, and ritual, she learned the ancient medicine of being fully here.
For more than 23 years, she has practiced and taught Kundalini & Vinyasa Yoga, meditation, and embodied awareness in studios, theaters, and private settings around the world. In the last 13 years all her focus went into the path of practicing and remembering ancient shamanic rituals - the path of ancient earth medicines.
A central thread of her service is Sacred Feminine work — holding prayer spaces and retreats for women, supporting womb wisdom, emotional healing, and the feminine spiral of remembrance. She lives between Berlin and Costa Rica, guiding journeys that reconnect people to nature, presence, and the heart.
