Our retreats can be booked for up to 3 nights. We generally recommend staying for at least 2 nights to allow enough time for the experience, reflection and integration.
Each evening includes a guided Ayahuasca ceremony. The retreat is structured to give you sufficient time to arrive, settle in, experience the ceremonies and consciously integrate what arises during the retreat.

On the first day, you will have time to arrive, get to know the retreat space, the facilitators and the other participants.
We recommend arriving between 16:30 and 19:00 so that you have enough time to settle in and prepare for the retreat.
The evening preparation for the ceremony usually begins around 20:00-20:30. We recommend having only a light meal beforehand. Further preparation information will be provided before the retreat.
The guided ceremony takes place in the evening. Throughout the ceremony, we provide a supportive and attentive environment in which you can focus on your own inner process.
The experience can continue for several hours into the night, with each person experiencing it in their own individual way.

The second day is dedicated to rest, reflection and integration.
In the morning, an optional Kambo session may be available for participants who have booked this additional offering.
Later in the day, we create space to reflect on the previous night's experience and share insights within the group. Where appropriate, individual conversations can also provide additional space for personal reflection and integration.
Healthy and nourishing meals are provided throughout the day.
In the afternoon, you will have time to rest, spend time in nature or simply be with yourself. This also gives you space to prepare consciously for the next evening's ceremony.

For participants staying for the full 3-night program, the third day follows a similar rhythm of rest, reflection and preparation for the evening ceremony.
The additional time allows you to deepen your process and gives you more opportunity to integrate what emerges during the retreat.

The final day begins with breakfast and a final integration session, usually around 11:00.
This session offers space to reflect on your retreat experience, gather your insights and consider how you would like to carry them into your everyday life.
Departure is usually around 12:00.
If desired, continued integration support can also be arranged after the retreat through individual online sessions.
