Details of this retreat

This is not a microdose. This is a full ceremonial journey.

A day of self-discovery and stillness amidst the stunning landscapes of Sintra, working with a ceremonial dosage of psilocybin for a deeper, more profound experience.

This unique day combines ceremony, meditation, nature immersion, and sacred medicine to help you find clarity, release, and inner peace. It is an opportunity to disconnect from the noise of daily life and reconnect with yourself at a level that ordinary life rarely allows.

What to expect
- Grounding and intention setting: we begin with a grounding meditation and set intentions for the day.
- Silent reflection in nature: after taking the medicine, we walk in silence to a beautiful, secluded spot in the forest. Here you can lie down, go within, and connect deeply with yourself to find the answers you need.
- Emergence and connection: in the second part of the day, you slowly emerge into breathtaking vistas and connect with your fellow journeyers.
- Integration: we close with a circle of reflection and sharing. We explore ways to integrate the day's insights into daily life using practical tools to carry the experience forward into your everyday life and relationships.

Who this is for
This is for you if you are ready for something deeper. If you have done microdosing hikes before and want to go further. Or if you are experienced with plant medicine and want a guided, held, outdoor ceremony in one of the most magical forests in Europe.

This is also for you if you are navigating a transition, seeking clarity on a big decision, or simply feel that something in your life needs to shift.

Who this is not for
This is not suitable if you are currently on SSRIs or lithium, are pregnant, or have a history of psychosis or schizophrenia. If you have never worked with medicine before, consider starting with a microdosing hike first. If you are unsure, get in touch and we can discuss.

What to bring
- Warm layers (temperature fluctuates greatly in Sintra)
- Rain jacket
- Scarf, blanket, or towel to wrap around yourself
- Eye mask or similar to cover your eyes
- Comfortable shoes or boots
- Backpack
- Water bottle (aim for 1 litre)
- Lunch and plenty of snacks and fruit
- Pen and journal
- An open heart and an open mind
