Saint Lucia, WEST INDIES

It's the Caribbean island you dream about: warm sun, constant trade winds, calm, turquoise Caribbean Sea dotted with shallow coral reefs abundant with colourful fish. Rugged mountains, lush rainforests, waterfalls, magnificent flowers and tropical fruits-bananas, coconuts, mangos and papaya await you. Small fishing villages, charming smiles and majestic Mother Nature will met away energy that no longer serve you.

A restored colonial-era West Indian sugar plantation is our home for a week of balance and bliss. Feel transported in time from the moment you step into a magical land of peace where ancient trees, tropical flowers, fruit orchards, nature trails and the Caribbean Sea work wonders for your soul.

Balenbouche Estate is a one of its kind, 75 acre heritage site where past and present are intricately interwoven. Friendly fishing villages, rainforests, the Pitons, sparkling Caribbean Sea and the island's most exclusive resorts are all nearby.

This eco-chic resort offers 5 unique cottages, ventilated by nature, equipped with mosquito netting and fans. Each cottage is unique, offering special historic and artistic features.

Brandy Hill is the Founder of Banyan Tree Yoga. She has been teaching for over 8 years and is also a Reiki Master Teacher and has dreams of becoming a wandering yogini. Yoga brings her inner strength, patience and has helped her to be a better version of herself. Brandy particularly finds gratitude in holding space for her students' growth and transformation whether through attending classes, workshops or yoga teacher training. She is excited and honoured to bring her students on this magical retreat! Being surrounded by nature and like-minded, supportive community is the ultimate setting for letting your light shine bright from within!

St. Lucia has been Joan Ruffels' island home for over 20 years of living there both full and part time. She offers insider connections and is excited to share the island that is dear to her heart. Joan has adventured with her family as worldschoolers who "slow travel" (living for several months in a way local residents in a region live). Joan loves guiding transformational travel where beneficial relationships occur among travellers and local people. As an Integrative Wellness Professional, Joan blends degrees in anthropology, sociology and occupational therapy with teachings from global masters, shaman and wisdom keepers that provide opportunities for reclaiming wholeness and vitality. Her business is Sol Shine Well,
