Therefore the meaning of Hatha yoga implies that a lot of strength and discipline is required to unify opposing forces, bringing together body and mind.

Yogi Kamal Singh is a native of Rishikesh, born and raised in the Yoga Capital of the World. Following the strict instructions from his Guru, he travelled the country for five years, studying with yoga masters all over India. Yogi Kamal Singh is known for his energetic and motivating Ashtanga classes at Tattvaa Yoga Shala. Yogi Upendra Ji
Yogi Upendra Ji born and brought up in Rishikesh, a holy city situated at the foothills of Himalayas in a traditional Brahmin family . His father was Sanskrit scholar, who first initiated him in yoga & acnicent scriptures in his early childhood . Later he found Swami Vishwaroopananda and surrendered him self his teaching and perfected himself in yogic discipline at Shivananda Ashram Rishikesh .He did a certificate course in Vedanta , Philosophy and yoga from Yoga Vedanta forest Academy Shivananda Ashram Rishikesh. Following his instructions of his Guru . Yogi Upendra went to Bihar School of Yoga Munger and completed certificate course in yoga . He conducted yoga teachers trainings and various intensive workshops of Asana , Pranayama , Yoga Nidra, Kiryas and Meditation for foreign groups and effectively dealt with lifestyle disorders . He was invited to conduct workshops in Germany , China, Kazakhastan , Denmark and other European countries .
