A Yoga and Meditation Retreat to Embrace the 5 Elements with Kim Chavez

About us

Experience the beauty, tranquility, and spirit of Costa Rica. This week-long retreat will nourish and energize the mind, body, and soul through daily meditation and yoga. Join us on this journey as we embrace the 5 elements of Earth, Fire, Water, Air, and Space. During this retreat, create balance in your body and mind through vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, and meditation.

But it’s not just about the yoga. We’ll also take time to enjoy the incredible beauty of Costa Rica. Explore and absorb the lushness of the Costa Rican coastline with opportunities to
play in the rain forest, swim in the ocean, take a long walk on the beach, or simply relax as you listen to the birds and monkeys. We will be staying at a boutique hotel in Santa Teresa, a picturesque Costa Rican beach town. This boutique hotel has an environmentally conscious spa on-site and offers several spa treatments to indulge yourself.

Retreat Includes:
-7 Nights Accommodations
-3 Whole Foods Meals Each Day
-Round-Trip Group Transport to/from the Airport
-Daily Yoga Practices
-Personal Retreat Time (having time to nap, explore, walk, read, and just be)
-Tortuga Island Tour
-Karma Yoga Service Project

The retreat will be held at an intimate beachfront hotel and yoga center located in Santa Teresa, a breathtaking white sand beach on the Pacific Ocean of Costa Rica’s Nicoya Peninsula. Situated on four acres of unspoiled tropical beach, you will find beautiful swimming areas and also outcroppings of rock where natural tide pools form. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are prepared daily and include healthy vegetarian options along with fish and/or chicken. The food is organic when available and prepared with nourishing ingredients.
