The retreat is structured in a 3-step process.


Step 1: Introduction and Prep.

First, we will have an in-depth one-on-one introductory session that aims at building trust, releasing any concerns or anxiety, ensuring transparency and safety over the retreat flow and plant medicine traditional approach, and not last, a comprehensive assessment of your mental, emotional and physical state.


Step 2: Ceremony

We will begin by clearing the energy of the surroundings creating a safe container that is aligned to your highest good after which we will be deepening and grounding in your intention with a sound bath, slowly opening the sacred ceremony following Peruvian indigenous traditions.


Step 3: Therapy, Integration & Nature grounding

To be able to integrate, shift your mindset and understand the messages, visions, and learnings received in your journey and how you can apply them in your day-to-day life, integration is key. Included in the retreat you will receive pre and post ceremonies one-on-one therapy sessions and an integration workshop and e-book.


All steps outlined are fundamental so that you can begin to see and shed old habits and paradigms that no longer serve you. This is a retreat designed for a fully private experience or maximum of 2 people (you also have the option to experience it with your partner or friend). The registration doesn't confirm the booking. You will first need to fill in an intake form that will be sent to you via email. Once your intake form is received and the attendance is confirmed, you can then proceed with the following steps and the remaining payment.
