Laurelwood Birthday Celebration Weekend!

This uplifting retreat and family fun weekend is open to all, newcomers (like our First Timers Weekend) and long-time devotees. A great way to experience and enjoy Ananda, see what Laurelwood has to offer and be in the company and satsang of joyful truth seekers. We will be exploring, also, the next steps in the new Ananda Community at Laurelwood, which is taking form even now.

Highlights of the weekend celebration to include:

6:00 – 7:00      Dinner – Green Hill Café

7:30 – 9:00      Storytelling – Harmony Chapel

 

Saturday

6:30 – 8:00      Group Meditation, Harmony Chapel

8:00 – 9:00      Breakfast (first ½ hour in Silence)

9:15 –12:00     Seva day

12:15 –12:45   Midday Meditation, Harmony Chapel

2:00 – 3:15      Seva day continues

4:30 – 6:00      Ananda Yoga Sadhana, Harmony Chapel

6:00 – 7:00      Dinner followed by birthday cake!

7:30 – 9:00      Kirtan with David Newman, Expansion Chapel ($35 per person, please register online)

 

Sunday:

6:30 – 8:00     Group Meditation, Harmony Chapel

8:00 – 9:00      Breakfast

9:00 –10:00     Personal Retreat time

10:00 – 11:00  Purification Ceremony, Harmony Chapel

11:00 – 12:30  Sunday Service, Harmony Chapel

12:45 – 1:30    Lunch

2:00 – 3:15      Group Activity outdoors weather permitting

7:30 – 9:00      PG Woodhouse reader theater, Green Hill Café

 

Ananda Laurelwood is ready to welcome all to celebrate with us. If you choose to come for just a day, or even an afternoon, delicious vegetarian meals can be purchased separately in the Green Hill Cafe.
