Brandi Binkley is a U.S. Navy veteran, Exercise Physiologist, and wellness educator with more
than 25 years of experience helping people reconnect to their health, resilience, and authentic
strength. She holds a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology and was honored as Coach of the
Year by the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
She is the founder of PhysioFit, a concierge wellness company known for its progressive and
deeply personalized approach to performance care, and PhysioTech, a software and payments
platform serving the wellness industry.
Brandi’s work sits at the intersection of science, nervous system health, movement, and whole-
person wellbeing. She is passionate about helping people understand the connection between
mind, body, spirit, and daily habits—translating evidence-based health and performance
principles into practical tools that support grounded, sustainable living. Her approach blends
physiology, lived experience, and compassionate coaching, with a strong emphasis on
authenticity, recovery, and human connection.
In addition to her individual coaching and speaking, Brandi works with organizations and
leadership teams to build sustainable “human infrastructure”—helping high-performing
professionals better understand stress, recovery, energy, and the mind-body connection so they
can lead and live from a healthier, more centered place.
Throughout her career, Brandi has consulted with organizations including the U.S. Department
of Defense, Technogym, and leaders across the health and performance space. She has also
served on the Advisory Board of the National Strength and Conditioning Association, The Bridge
House, supporting youth transitioning out of homelessness in Middle Tennessee, Ancora-
rescuing and restoration of victims of human trafficking, and C12 Music City.
