Full Circle - Yoga & Meditation Retreat with Italian Cooking Classes

About us

Join Heidi Dietrich for a week of Yoga and Meditation on the Amalfi Coast of Italy. Inspired by Italy’s vibe, you will be practicing yoga in a beautiful space and dining on farm-to-table food. Think colors, harmony, beauty, Italian food, breathtaking coastlines… all while residing in the most sought after location in Italy! You will have the opportunity to take cooking classes, participate in olive oil tastings, explore ancient castles on islands, and bike through the rolling hills. Additional activities include optional watercolor painting and photography expeditions.

Travel opens us up to the aliveness that is always present. Let’s explore Italy with meditative clarity and mindful intentions. When we experience the gifts of the universe, it is full circle to then give something back. We will have the option to do an afternoon of Seva (service) and you are also encouraged to digest this trip and create something from it. A new tradition, a new family recipe, a painting, a photography book, or whatever else comes to mind!

Join, Heidi, Founder of Dharma & Grace Yoga for a week of presence, clarity and the bliss of being in the practice of Living Yoga. Heidi offers a gentle approach to the yoga asana and focuses on meditation.

This retreat includes:

7 Nights Accommodations
3 Whole Foods Meals Each Day
Round-Trip Group Transport to/from the Airport
Daily Yoga Practices
Personal Retreat Time (having time to nap, explore, walk, read, and just be)

This retreat center is located in Puglia, in the southern Italy. The NY Post calls this region magical and Lonely Planet put it in its 2014 must-see places list. This area is full of historic and cultural sites. Beautiful beaches are easily accessible. Martina Franca, the closest town, has a particularly beautiful old town surrounded by stone walls with prominent Baroque gates leading to piazzas and narrow, winding streets.

The retreat will be held at an intimate yoga center located in Martina Franca. This is a must-see and experience center- the architecture and decor are exquisite. There are ten rooms with occupancy varying from singles to triples and all are consciously decorated. The location is imbued with deeply spiritual, friendly, and calm energy that will be felt throughout your visit. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are prepared daily and include healthy vegetarian options along with fish. The food is local and organic when available and prepared with nourishing ingredients. This center has a focus on their food philosophy, which features a cleansing element. The grounds contain lovely gardens, a swimming pool, a wild forest and fields, and a tiny church. There is plenty of space to walk and be free.

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

To feed my soul so that I may return to my students with more inspiration and love to share! Jennifer
