Inside our wise heart, we are all born with unlimited joy, kindness, compassion, and inner peace. As we learn to hold worry, anxiety, fear, despair, judgment and self-doubt in loving compassion, we discover that all feelings lead us back to the joy, inner peace and the freedom that is our natural birthright.

In this retreat, we invite you to learn how to practice self-compassion and compassion for others through meditation, curiosity, awareness, and gentle movement. By blending practical Buddhist wisdom with cutting-edge psychology, we renew hope and trust in life, reconnecting with our heart’s unlimited capacity for presence, happiness and inner peace.

This retreat is appropriate for individuals of all faiths as well as therapists and healthcare professionals.

Tuition is $250 plus accommodations.
