The holiday season will soon be upon us. If you notice yourself feeling anxious, you’re not alone. No matter what has or hasn’t happened in the past, we can approach the holidays with a fresh, new perspective. Mindfulness practice helps us do this.
During this weekend retreat, we’ll explore ways to navigate the coming weeks with grace and ease. We’ll engage in a variety of reflective activities including journaling, group discussion, meditation, and mindful movement. You’ll be guided to tune in to your personal values and learn how to slow down and do less. You’ll learn how to handle strong emotions and difficult relationships. You’ll discover new possibilities for how you can spend time with those important to you. Finally you’ll learn how to take care of your body, mind, spirit, heart, and soul so you stay healthy and create a sense of well-being.
