About us

Come and join us for a week on Lefkada island in Greece!
Relax and unwind in a beautiful villa with a private infinity pool.
Walk in the mountains, swim in the sea and let nature seep into your bones.
Strengthen your body with perfectly-crafted Pilates exercises and learn to enjoy the moments with Mindfulness.
All the food will be fresh, locally-sourced and delicious.

Take a day trip on our catamaran to the beautiful island of Meganisi for lunch and snorkelling.

Solo travellers, singles and couples welcome. No experience necessary.

Price includes.

Accommodation. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks. Accommodation in luxury villa. Daily hour of Pilates (all levels)around the pool. Daily mindfulness meditations in nature. Transfer(at specific times). Day trip on a catamaran to a local island for snorkelling and lunch

Price does not include.

Flights to Preveza airport. Two meals in restaurants. Any alcohol. Some day trip costs or therapies

7.30am A drink and snack if needed.

8.00am morning Pilates under the shade around the pool for an hour (this will be on a beginner/intermediate level, with modifications depending on your ability level).

9.00am Breakfast.

Time spent around the pool, walking in the local area or a day trip.

1.00pm Lunch either at the villas or out and about

The afternoon spent around the pool, reading, sun-bathing or on one of the day trips.

5.30pm A late afternoon guided mindfulness meditation preferably outside. This will be different every day and include walking, sitting, lying etc.

8.00pm Dinner either around the table at the villas or out at a local restaurant

The food will be following the Mediterranean diet with some Greek dishes. Lots of vegetables, fruits, pulses, Greek yogurt, fish, all cooked from scratch.

Arrival at Preveza airport on the 22nd May should be before 12.30 midday to catch the transfer to the villa.
Departure on the 29th May should be anytime after 12.00 midday to catch the transfer back to Preveza airport.
There are taxis available at the airport and cost around 40-50 euros to the villa.
the trip from the airport to the villa takes around 40 minutes.
