This retreat is designed to help you relax, unwind, recharge, and rediscover your inner peace and health. Through out the week, guided by two well-experienced instructors, you will explore different modalities of energy work and healing to help you understand yourself better.
Includes:
Daily Yoga Class, daily Chi Kung/Meditation class, lodging and meals, daily trip to the beach, 2 Ceragen spinal column massage, 2 Tachyon energy balance treatment, 2 Reiki energy healing treatments.
*Group Sacred Plant Ceremonies can be arranged on request (not included)

Reiki
Reiki is an energy healing technique that can be used to treat physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual issues. Therefore, it can treat anything from stress, anxiety, depression, and insomnia, up to chronic diseases. The older or more chronic the problem, the more treatments it may take to heal.The treatment is done through the transmission of ki (life force, energy, vital force, chi, and prana) channeled by the practitioner to the patient through the laying of hands.
Chi Kung
Chi Kung consists of a series of exercises combined with breath work directed at health and longevity. This is done by charging the body with new fresh energy, similar to Reiki, but without an intermediary. Oriental medicine focuses on achieving balance in all of your bodies, resulting in health, strength, and wellness.
Meditation
Meditation is a millenary technique for training the mind, calming it, centering it, and bringing it back to the present moment. There are hundreds or even thousands of studies that confirm the benefits of meditation both for the mind as for the body.
Yoga
In yoga, we find brilliant and yet simple practices to revitalize our ever-changing body, to purify our nervous system, to rest our mind and to enjoy greater energy and better health. Through this space we bring to you a mind/body practice to fill your hearts and sanction your body to be an instrument of personal power.
