About This Event

Each day will combine techniques focusing on balancing and awakening each energetic center with meditation, pranayama, yoga exercises to help realign, reconnect with what matters, and what you truly love.

When the mystical sun sets on the passing year you will embark on a magnificent journey into 2019 with a positive attitude. What a perfect gift for the New Year. Use this time of your holiday reflecting on the past year, setting intentions and making resolutions for 2019. Learn how to nourish yourself and your needs for a healthy, happy new year full of sustainable energy, happiness and wellness.

Take time to deepen relationship with your inner self during yoga practice and meditations. Every morning starts with saluting the first rays of sun proceeding with a more active practice to build some heat and open up those tight hips, hamstrings and shoulders. As you step on the mat, you start to naturally flow with the rhythm of surrounding vibrations, learning to listen to your beautiful body with a big smile on your face.

Enjoy the benefits of Gibberish meditation or evening pranayama followed by the peaceful contemplation later. Explore chakra-cleansing meditation techniques which will help you bring healing and balancing to your energetic body

At the end of the day our yoga instructor will lead the trance dance class which incorporates movement, sound, dance, breathing to deepen our connection to our selves, to each other and the entire universe.

If you’re not the kind of person who is afraid of freezing temperatures and prefers a snowy holiday, this is the retreat for you. And what better way to start the year on a high note than taking the time to reflect, release all the things that no longer serve you and being grateful for all the blessings that you’ve received over the last year? At 2200 meters above the sea level, it is your moment to bring the appreciation and dedication to the person you are today!

Venue Highlights

Georgia is a country rich in history, traditions and friendship. At the crossroads of Europe and Asia, it is a land of contrasts, an intoxicating mixture of eastern and western influences, spiked with soviet style strangeness and throes of renaissance, ambitious with new landmarks and transforming city escape. Let us guide you to the country where legendary stories of Medea and Argonauts unfold, where the first human civilization outside of Africa was settled, where Christianity was adopted in early IV century and winemaking has been practiced for over 8,000 years. If you ever wondered why people have been falling in love with Georgia since the beginning of time visit ancient cave towns, hear folk stories expressed with polyphonic songs and traditional dances, admire architecture of centuries-old castles, fortresses and churches scattered all around the country

NEW YEAR NEW YOU YOGA RETREAT will take place in famous Gudauri Ski Resort situated among some of the highest mountains in Europe at an elevation of 2,200 meters (7,200 ft.) above sea level. It is also the largest winter resort in Georgia with more than 70 km of marked trails suitable for pro-riders and beginners. Large quantities of natural snow make the surrounding peaks on the border between Europe and Asia an ideal palce for winter sport enthusiasts.

Take an opportunity to explore the nearby town Kazbegi famous for its hilltop silhouette of Trinity Church and the towering snowy peak of Mt Kazbegi looking down on it. It would be impossible for anyone to visit this area of Georgia without feeling overwhelmed by both nature and history combined.

As you drive along the Georgian Military Highway, it is surely worth visiting the scenic ensemble of Ananuri Fortress of XVII century located by the Aragvi River. The complex is on the UNESCO Tentative list.

It is time to celebrate the end of the year passed by and welcome 2019 to find out what it has in store for you in the New Year. Return home with a new perspective on your relationships with yourself and others

Climbing above 13,000 feet, the jagged snowcapped peaks of the Greater Caucasus form Georgia's formidable, yet strikingly beautiful, northern border. Set within this dramatic backdrop is Gudauri, a sprawling mountain resort built in a wind-protected basin at the base of 9,862-foot Mount Kudebi. Gudauri is a wide-open winter playground with abundant snowfall and above-the-tree-line slopes. Runs range from beginner to expert, or blaze your own trail through deep, untouched powder on a heli-skiing trip ( -National Geographic)

New Year New You Yoga Retreat will be hosted at Quadrum Ski & Yoga Resort which has some of the most amazing views of the surrounding mountains in the famous ski-resort Gudauri. The guests of hotel will enjoy direct access to the main ski slopes. Ski equipment is also available for rent. The hotel offers comfortable guest rooms with beautiful views, 2 restaurants with delicious meals, lounge & terrace. Kazbegi National Park is 25 km from the hotel.

Every room is equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Every room is fitted with a private bathroom equipped with a shower. For your comfort, you will find slippers and free toiletries. Hotel features free WiFi in public areas

There are lots of activities in the area including skiing, paragliding, snowboarding, etc
