This is a 5 Day Retreat in Tulum, Mexico located in the heart of the Sian Ka'an and away from human distraction. Learn to blur the sound of your breath with that of the ocean waves. Release your inner healer while you gaze at the Milky Way and connect to the five elements. This retreat features fresh coconut water, straight from the coconut palms on-site.


Dive deep into yoga meditation, ayurvedic cooking, and plant medicines to explore deeper aspects of your true self and nature.

In the end, you will take home the tools necessary to continue training your mind and other aspects of your being.

Unique Accommodation

The retreat house is located in San Juan, an antique coconut plantation situated at the heart of Biosphere Reserve of Sian Ka’an. You will enjoy privacy and freedom surrounded by nature at the sandy and pristine waters of the Mexican Caribbean. The property features fresh coconut water, kayaks, hammocks, a private beach, and a lagoon. There will be staff 24/7 for our convenience


Food 

During this retreat, you will be served with daily vegan and Ayurvedic meals.

How To Get There

  • Arrive in (CUN) Cancun International Airport

  • Select flight to arrive in CUN at 12pm or earlier

  • KYI will provide transportation from CUN to Sian Ka’an


Ayurveda

You will take an assessment of yourself to determine your prominent dosha and specific constitution. You may keep a journal of how you feel each day according to what you ate and take time to practice self-love, whatever that looks like for you.

Recipes will be shared and you will have a better understanding of what you need to feel your best.

Yoga Meditation

Grasp a basic understanding of the fundamental concepts and techniques that allow us to journey inward. Each day, you will explore a pillar of yoga meditation and practice.

As you learn to observe, accept, understand, and train your minds, you will use plant medicine to help you release blockages and open the gate to center of consciousness.


Plant Medicine

Ancient and indigenous cultures around the world have documented and passed down ceremonies using plants since the beginning of time. Plant medicine is used for healing and communicating with nature.

Through these practices, you will learn how to tap into the sacred medicine, spirit, essence, and guidance of the plants.

Day 1 - September 13th Thursday 

2:00pm - Arrive @ Cancun International Airport 

2:30pm - Board transport to Tulum 

4:30pm - Arrive @ House in Tulum 

*Get settled into your room


5:00pm - Gather for overview of retreat and need to know information. 

6:00pm - Sunset walk on the beach, Intentions: Observing 

7:30pm - Ayurvedic Dinner + Discussion of Yoga Meditation 

9:30pm - Tea + Meditation 

11:00pm - Lights Out


Day 2 - September 14th Friday 

6:30am - Wake up to Ayurvedic tea 

7:00am - Salute the sunrise yoga flow 

9:00am - Ayurvedic Breakfast + Discussion of Accepting 

9:30am - Bioreserve Trek + Mayan Ruins 

10:30am - San Isidro Ceremony 

2:00pm - Ayurvedic Lunch 


7:30pm - Ayurvedic Dinner 

9:00pm - Tea + Meditation 

11:00pm - Lights Out


Day 3 - September 15th Saturday 

6:30am - Wake up to Ayurvedic Tea 

7:00am - Salute the Sunrise - Yoga Flow 

9:00am - Ayurvedic Breakfast + Discussion of Understanding 

10:00am - Ocean Expedition : Expanding Breath 

1:00pm - Vegan Lunch 

7:30pm - Ayurvedic Dinner 

9:00pm - Tea + Meditation 

11:00pm - Lights Out


Day 4 - September 16th Sunday 

6:30am - Wake up to Ayurvedic Tea 

7:00am - Salute the Sunrise - Yoga Flow 

9:00am - Ayurvedic Breakfast + Discussion of Ayurveda 

10:00am - Cenote Exploration : Diving Deep 

2:00pm - Ayurvedic Lunch 

7:30pm - Ayurvedic dinner 

9:00pm - Tea + Meditation 

11:00pm - Lights Out


Day 5 - September 17th Sunday

6:30am - Wake up to Ayurvedic tea 

7:00am - Salute the Sunrise - Yoga Flow

9:00am - Ayurvedic Breakfast 

10:00am - Integration / Final Thoughts 

11:00am - Pack, check out, and head back to CUN.
