About us

Description

The Vedas contain the core knowledge of the Self and the Universe. Contemplating this Truth integrates our understanding of the Universe, time, space, karma, identity and the purpose of our existence, connecting us with the ultimate power of well-being and Self-transformation.

Join us for this wonderful weekend dedicated to Vedic Knowledge comprising Yoga, Vedanta, Ayurveda, Tantra, Mantra and Yantra. Daily workshops introduce the Vedas, Sanatana Dharma, Yoga & Ayurveda, Bhakti Yoga, Mantra and Sound.

We are blessed to welcome Shree Lata Suresh, director of the Vishwa Shanti Dance Academy, and her students, for classical Indian Bharat Natyam dance performances during the weekend.

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

It would my first vacation in the mountains. I think getting away and beginning a new routine would be good for me and a friend. Dianne

Going on retreat is a beautiful way to reconnect to our basic sanity and health. Our aspiration at Retreat Guru is to inspire people to experience authentic retreats and reconnect with their innate wisdom, strength and kindness.
