Juice Cleanse and Yoga Retreat
Our 3 day holistic juicing and yoga retreat combines a juice cleanse, yoga practice and a series of workshops to give participants a better understanding of their physical and mental health, and how food can improve overall wellbeing. You will enjoy yoga twice a day (mornings and evenings), down time or time for self-reflection in the afternoons, and tasty juices and soups throughout the day to keep you nourished and energised.
Detailed and prepared by accomplished nutritionist Suzanne Garaty of Vital Nutrition, all meals will be based on fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables. The goal of the juices is to alkalise your blood, give you antioxidants, remove toxins and help with anti-aging. Juicing also helps the digestive system, as well as the liver, gallbladder, and pancreas to relieve stress and regenerate.
Suzanne will ensure you ingest enough nutrients to have a enough energy / calorific intake to practice yoga.
Our venue is a stunning 17th century luxury farmhouse, surrounded by olive groves and almond groves.
