About us

On this yoga retreat in Moab you will wake up every morning to cool desert air, a bright red sunrise, and an energizing yoga practice to get your body ready for the day ahead. Your days will be filled with amazing yoga flows, rock climbing, hiking, and other activities like bouldering, trail running and rafting. After a full day of adventuring around the land and within yourself, you will return to our dessert glamping camp site for a gourmet dinner, relaxing sunset yoga practice, and lots of laughing around the campfire.

For five days, we will live in the wild. Let’s get far away from technology and really close to the earth and ourselves. Get ready for a trip all about discovery of your personal strength, bravery, and inner badass.

Come to the place that so many adventure-seekers have fallen in love with, the unique and oh-so beautiful Moab, Utah.

“The Iceland Trip in a nutshell: Double rainbows and hot springs everywhere, amazing people, one of the best yoga instructors I have ever encountered (Aarona rocks!), great lodging, daily active adventures, and just a darn good time. I went with a friend but would have been comfortable going solo. I would definitely recommend going – one of the best trips of my life!” – Kara A

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

Because I sometimes work up to 16 hours a day, and need time to stop and breathe. Mary

Retreat Guru's Vision

We believe human beings are innately wise, strong and kind. This wisdom, although not always experienced, is always present. Going on retreat is a beautiful way to reconnect to our basic sanity and health. Our aspiration at Retreat Guru is to inspire people to experience authentic retreats and reconnect with their innate wisdom, strength and kindness.
