Join us for a blissful retreat filled with beach time, meditation, and yoga! Escape the hustle-bustle of life and retreat to a relaxing beach town. Sayulita is the perfect place to deepen your yoga and meditation practice while enjoying the ocean, delicious meals, and charming village.
Experience daily all levels yoga and guided meditations. Morning practices will be vinyasa flow, while evening yoga will be therapeutic. During free times, you may explore the town by bike (free of charge), enjoy a massage, or read a book at the pool.
Delicious full breakfast and gourmet dinner is served daily in an open air cafe. We are excited to offer a healthy group cooking class taught by talented chefs as part of the package!

Arrival - Arrive at the Puerto Vallarta airport close to 12:00pm on June 10th. Check in at the hotel is 3:00pm, and the airport is about an hour away from retreat venue. A taxi will bring our group to Hotelito Los Suenos.
Departure - Check out is 12:00pm June 15th.
Things to Know
Make sure that you have a valid passport.
Please bring a water bottle.
Besides yoga clothes and bathing suits, dress is casual.
Accommodations at Hotelitos Los Suenos
Rooms are tastefully decorated in fun, but traditional Mexican style with ceramic tile floors. Spaces are equipped with air conditioning. Purified drinking water is available throughout the hotel. Daily maid service is part of your stay, and WiFi is available (though it is encouraged to unplug as much as possible during our retreat.) The beach is just a short 2 blocks away. Soak up the sun at our hotel pool.
Food and Vegetarian Cooking Class
Full vegetarian breakfast and gourmet dinner are prepared fresh daily and served in the open air cafe. You may request vegan or gluten-free ahead of time.
As part of our retreat package, we'll enjoy a healthy vegetarian cooking class taught by one of the talented hotel chefs!

About Your Guide
Christie Pitko, E-RYT-200, RYT-500 began practicing yoga in 2001, and since then, it has healed her spirit and ignited creativity. She teaches an alignment-based vinyasa flow, and enjoys helping students stay curious about the inner landscape of their bodies and minds. Christie received her 200-hour teaching certificate in 2011 from White Lotus Foundation, and 300-hour advanced training in 2015 at Barefoot Movement. She is also a certified Relax and Renew teacher trainer, having studied with Judith Hanson Lasater in 2016. Christie has over 2,000 hours of teaching experience. She enjoys hosting yoga retreats in California and abroad, and is passionate about the power of daily meditation.
