ASHTANGA YOGA RETREAT WITH MELANIE GEORGIOU
The all week will be a blend of yin and yang practices as well as a soft cleansing diet (vegetarian and 1 silent day where we will be juicing). Melanie will open the day with a morning meditation and soft pranayama. Traditional Mysore practice will take place, followed by a led beginner class for those who are new to Ashtanga. Enjoy some relaxing time off to reflect and connect in a warm and inspiring environment or explore and have fun with all that Salento’s beauty has to offer. The late afternoon class will combine Somatic movement education and Yin Yoga sessions to release holding patterns in your body and come into a much calmer and more peaceful mindset.
