About us

Small personalized yoga teacher training that includes various forms of yoga ranging from restorative to ashtanga - each day morning practice is some form of hatha based practice, every afternoon is Kundalini Yoga. 

Each day starts at 7:30 am and ends at 7 pm with evenings off.

It is a residential training, 3 meals a day, private room. Please see our website for more information.

Donna has extensive training and teaching experience (since the mid 1980's) in many forms of yoga, has been featured in national magazines and on television and radio. See the clip of Kundalini on Martha Stewart from 2003. See her other YOU TUBE clips on backbends, how to do headstand and more.

She has a NYC teaching practice as well and has worked with people from all walks of life in all environments from health clubs to corporations to studios - donnadavidgeyoga- has a full time teaching practice in New York City winters.

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:
