The focus of this retreat will be a deep practice in Yin, Pranayama and Freediving....whether you are curious about freediving or want to go deeper into your current freediving practice, the retreat is going to bring a deeper focus and understanding of diving deep. You dive deeper into the ocean by diving deeper into yourself. The ocean mirrors all your emotions and states of being. With guided meditations, visualizations, yin yoga, Pranayama and Hatha yoga, we can learn to be more at ease with ourselves in with the water.
The Yoga retreat of lightness, freedom, release. Learn to let go on your yoga mat, be free in movement and in Breath, and then we start to practice this in the water. Yin Yoga also seeks out forgotten issues, it get's really deep into your tissues like no other physical practice you have experienced before.
The price for the retreat is extremely valuable as I want to make it available for all.
The price includes all meals, breakfast lunch and dinner and teas, juice and water throughout the day.
It does not include flights or transport to or from the retreat, however I can arrange a taxi for you from anywhere in Bali at a very reasonable rate, with possibility to share the cost with another.

This complex practice of long, passively held floor poses is deeply nourishing and has myriad benefits for everyone.
On a physical level, Yin enhances the natural range of motion in the joints. By keeping your muscles soft, you release deep layers of connective tissue, creating more ease in any style of yoga and in seated meditation.
On an energetic level, Yin enhances the flow of prana (life force) in the tissues around the joints, where energy often stagnates.
And then there are the mental benefits: Holding poses for three to five minutes often brings up discomfort. Yin conditions you to stay with the intense sensations that arise, rather than quickly moving into the next pose.
It trains you to become more comfortable with discomfort instead of becoming alarmed. It marries meditation and asana into a very deep practice.
