Accommodation is mainly in beach huts. They are equipped with an air conditioner and fan to keep you cool. Beds have specially designed mosquito nets to help protect you as you sleep peacefully through the night.
The huts have open air ensuite bathrooms so you can have the extraordinary experience of taking a shower under swinging palm trees, blue skies or the stars and moon.
Your privacy is taken care of too. Bathrooms are equipped with western style toilets, hot rainwater shower, and a big wash basin. Rooms are cleaned daily or on request.
Each hut/room has a sea-facing balcony with comfortable seating where you can relax, read, listen to the sound of the waves and watch monkeys jumping from one palm tree to another.
During this week, expect the traditional blended with the modern. The ancient Yoga Vedas state that the four pillars of life are dharma (purpose), artha (abundance/wealth), kama (pleasure) and moksha (spiritual pursuit). These are ways to gain greate inner expansion and we’ll also be exploring these through yoga postures, embodiment of the seven energy centres or chakras, meditation and breathing exercises.
In addition, you'll be working with your unique individual design using modern bio-metric analysis and symbolic and systemic modelling transformation tools. These will give you the opportunity to explore and build a relationship with the real inner you so you can be yourself and not a copy of someone else.
There'll be twice daily well-being classes to free and expand your physical, mental , emotional and spiritual health so you feel more alive, joyful, receptive and responsive to life.
Sunrise Wellbeing - "All life is yoga" Sri Aurobindo states and yoga starts as soon as you awaken. There'll be morning silent walking meditation along the beach. An invigorating, flowing practice in the morning to energise and develop inner and outer expansion.
Sunset Wellbeing - Here'll we focus on receptivity and the limitless stillness within. A more restorative, reflective evening sunset session, including gentle, balancing breathing exercises and seated meditation to connect with your limitless nature and the boundlessness around you.
Daily Inner Blooming Conversations - These facilitated conversations will focus on developing greater inner perception and bringing into the open the obstacles that are holding you back. It will be an opportunity to share ideas, connect, have discussions, laugh and make new friends. This will be a peer learning adventure that will delight you!
