5- day or 13-day Ayahuasca retreat

About us

Join this all-inclusive retreat to participate in five powerful all-night ceremonies, one with tobacco plant and four with Ayahuasca, lead by a qualified shaman. Receive four purification baths with sacred medicinal plants of the rainforest. Follow an indigenous guide and see plants and animals of the jungle. Visit a giant ceibo tree and connect with the power of a majestic waterfall used for initiation of healers. Enjoy delicious local vegetarian or vegan cuisine with fresh vegetables, tropical fruit and local organic food. Rest in the beautiful Sacred River center surrounded by lush jungle next to a crystalline river with sandy beaches. English-speaking ceremonial leader ready to assist and respond to your needs during the whole stay. Includes private transport from/to Quito/airport.

Day 1: Ayahuasca retreat in Ecuador begins with a private transport for you from the Quito center or Tababela (Quito Airport) in the morning. Arrival at the lodge, getting to know the place and each other, rest.

Day 2: Walk in th garden getting to know sacred plants such as Ayahuasca. Lecture on the traditional use of sacred plants. In the night, a cleansing tobacco ceremony lead by Jan Rostlinka.

Day 3:  Hands-on preparation of the Ayahuasca brew. At night, short walk in the jungle to see night animals.

Day 4: Jungle walk in the morning. In the afternoon, purifying bath in medicinal plant water. Preparatory session before the Ayahuasca ceremony and the 1st Ayahuasca ceremony in the night.

Day 5: Rest day, Questions & answers about last ceremony. Free time to bathe in the sacred river. Create beautiful gifts from rainforest seeds for your friends or family.

Day 6: Jungle walk in the mornig. In the afternoon, purifying plant bath. In the night, 2nd Ayahuasca ceremony.

Day 7: Rest day, Questions & answers about last ceremony. Continue to work with seeds and create your own power talisman, the Ayahuasca necklace.

Day 8: Trek to a sacred waterfall in the jungle early in the morning. In the afternoon, visit a nearby indigenous community and participate in their traditional dance. Photograph free range monkeys. In the afternoon, purifying plant bath. In the night, 3rd Ayahuasca ceremony.

Day 9: Rest day, Questions & answers about last ceremony. Free time to bathe in the sacred river. Create beautiful gifts from rainforest seeds for your friends or family.

Day 10: Jungle walk in the morning. In the afternoon, purifying plant bath. In the night, the 4th Ayahuasca ceremony.

Day 11:  Rest day, Questions & answers about last ceremony. In the night, additional 5th Ayahuasca ceremony for those who need (not included in the retreat price). The included 4 Ayahuasca rituals are usually enough for most people, but we include this possibility for those who need more ceremonies.

Day 12: Rest day, Questions & answers about last ceremony.  Session with Jan Rostlinka speaking about the result of the healing, explaining visions.

Day 13: Departure in the morning. Transport to Quito center / Tababela / airport by a private bus.

Venue Highlights

You are wecome to visit our newly built center "Sacred River" located deep in the Amazonian mountain forest in the province of Pastaza, Ecuador, about 4 hours from the Quito Airport. It offers quiet, beautiful and comfortable space for Ayahuasca ceremonies and healing therapies with rainforest plants. It has been founded by Jan Rostlinka, ceremonial leader who is passionate about the protection of rainforest and runs own Rainforest protection and reforestation project.

The center owns 21 hectares of private land bordering with the Llanganates National Park. It sits on the banks of the Piatua river, one of the cleanest rivers on the planet, surrounded by thousands of hectares of pristine forests. This location is unique, energetically pure and isolated from the distractions of the civilization.

Accommodations

Double-bed and private rooms in beautiful wooden cabins made from natural materials. Mosquitoe nets, comfortable pediatric mattresses and thermic blankets. Hot-water showers and flushing toilets.
