Join us for our annual Lift Every Voice! choral experience – come and sing, come and stretch, or come and relax! For 70 years, Naramata Centre has welcomed people to our 23 acres of land on the shores of Lake Okanagan. Open to people of all ages, Naramata Centre is an inclusive, welcoming place to connect and deepen in mind, body and spirit. Enjoy a program or retreat. Walk our labyrinth and visit our Chapel. Do yoga or play on our beach. Jump into the lake. Snooze or read in the shade under our canopy of trees. Sink into community and laugh or sing. Join others in Sacred Pause or meditate. Whether you are coming for the first or the 50th time, we look forward to your arrival – you are welcome here!

When was the last time that you created a space and took time to simply be and listen for that “still small voice”? Yoga is simply defined to unite or to yoke and not only do we unite our postures with our breath and our practice with our lives, we also create a union with the community, those with whom we practice. My goal is to guide participants in a gentle holistic practice that invites our minds, bodies, and spirits to connect with our Creator on and off the yoga mat. Classes include worship music, prayer, meditation, movement and rest. Wherever you are in your yoga practice and in your faith practice, I invite you to come as you are. Bring an open heart and we will stretch both!
