Adi Shakti Womens Yoga Retreat at Sierra Hot Springs

About us

At this retreat, we will gather together as women to nurture and support one another. We will practice yoga asanas and kriyas from a blend of yoga styles (hatha, ananda, and kundalini) as well as meditations that are specifically beneficial for women. We will dive deep into our subconscious realms to release that which inhibits us from realizing our full potential. We will explore healing techniques that allow us to epitomize our inner strength, nobility, radiance and sacredness. We will express, feel, listen and connect to each other and to nature to unleash our divine feminine potential and authentic inner truth.

Free Retreat Givewaway

We love you. And because we do, we're giving away another free retreat.

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

I'm having a baby in October and want to focus my practice so I can be present and calm! Laine

Retreat Guru's Vision

We believe human beings are innately wise, strong and kind. This wisdom, although not always experienced, is always present. Going on retreat is a beautiful way to reconnect to our basic sanity and health. Our aspiration at Retreat Guru is to inspire people to experience authentic retreats and reconnect with their innate wisdom, strength and kindness.
