About us

Join Erin Doppelt of Bullshitfreebabe and Simone Krame of Conscious Living & Lifestyle for a 5 day, 5 night  ALL-INCLUSIVE retreat at the beautiful Alaya Resort in Tulum, Mexico.

This retreat is all about nourishing yourself: mind, body, and soul, so you can flourish in your everyday life. In the hustle and bustle of our everyday lives we rarely give ourselves time to relax and disconnect, so now is the time to give yourself permission to do so!

Each day will be filled with the perfect balance of adventure, movement, mind-body-soul workshops led by your hosts Erin & Simone, and relaxation time. You will be provided the opportunity to connect with other like-minded friends, to get to know yourself more deeply, and to learn practical tips and tools you can take back with you and implement in your everyday life.

Arrival Day: Thursday, May 3rd
5- 6 PM: Welcome Reception. Meet & socialize with fellow participants!
6-7 PM: Dinner
7:15- 8:45 PM: Opening Ceremony

Day 1: Friday, May 4th
7-7:20 AM: Light Snacks & Coffee
7:30-8 AM: Morning Meditation
8-9:15 AM: Yoga
9:30-10:15: Breakfast
10:30 AM-12 PM: Morning Rituals & Intention Workshop with Simone
12-1 PM: Free Time (can be used to relax and lay by the pool, or to schedule a massage, 1:1 session with Erin or Simone, paddle-boarding lesson, etc. for an additional cost).
1-2PM: Lunch
2:15-3:45 PM: Intuitive Eating Workshop with Simone and Erin (optional) or can be used as Free Time
4-5 PM: Free Time
5-6:15 PM: Yoga
6:30-7:30 PM: Dinner
7:45-8:45 PM: Sound Healing

2-4PM: Mayan Clay Ceremony

6:30-10 PM: Off- Site Dinner & Free Night to Explore Tulum

11 AM-4 PM: Off-Site Mayan Ruin Bike Tour & Cenote (bring money for lunch)

7:45-8:45 PM: Closing Ceremony
