Why not make your Costa Rican Vacation complete by working out at the beach or gym with Ian James, certified Master Fitness & Sports Conditioning Coach and former 3X Olympian(Track & Field). Ian specializes in Power, Speed & Agility training for athletes as well as individual and group fitness workouts and nutrition consultation. 

His fitness workouts include:

 • HIIT

 • Power lifting

 • Strength training

 • Plyometrics

 • Body weight 

& core exercises and more.

RETURN HOME FEELING ENERGIZED AND RECHARGED

Ian’s daily workout sessions will include:

One hour and fifteen minutes of exercise45 minutes of nutritional advice

A true vacation should be mentally and physically rejuvenating so that you return home feeling energized and recharged. With Ian’s personal attention and natural ability to create an atmosphere of fun and motivation, you are guaranteed to enjoy the daily fitness workouts.
