Starting with the earth element, you can ask: How do I care for my physical body? What have I planted in the ground of my life? What is rooted in the soil of my heart? Discover how self-inquiry through Kundalini Yoga opens ways to connect your body and mind and to bridge your inner and outer worlds.

Price includes shared accommodations and meals, morning hatha, workshops, group work and time for personal reflection, and evening satsang.

Hatha Yoga – 7-8 a.m.
Breakfast – 8 a.m.
Workshop – 10-12:30 p.m
Lunch – 12:30 p.m.
Focused Reflection – 1-3 p.m.
Workshop – 3-5:30 p.m.
Dinner – 6 p.m.
Satsang – 7:30-8:30 p.m.
