About us

The Sleep Awakening is a workshop designed to help you overcome any issues you may be having with sleep (or lack of it). It has been structured in such a way that by the end of the workshop you will walk away with tools so you can be confident in your ability to beat your insomnia once and for all. We discuss the role of nutrition in sleep, exercise, relaxation, how your environment affects your sleep, creating a work/life balance and understanding the basics of sleep and how to implement sleep hygiene.

Being a former chronic insomniac myself before before changing careers and becoming a naturopath, I understand how frustrating and debilitating your life can feel without the energy you would like to have that can only come from a deep refreshing natural sleep. Between my own experiences and challenges and those of my patients I have developed this workshop so that you can discover great sleep whilst being on a relaxing holiday in some of the most beautiful locations around the world.

Fly to Denpasar airport and then you will be collected by the hotel to drive to Ubud.
