I’m not selfish, but yes….my universe does revolve around me as yours should too! I thrive in selfless moments of serving humanity but have zero interest in self sacrificing. There is a balance that I like to call living in self-FULLness.
The reality is that through creating expectations of others, of ourselves based on past experience or conditioning and many other factors of self-identification, that we very often move through on our lives based on what we think we should do as opposed to following the truth of our soul and moving from a place of what we feel is right.
In this experiential retreat, we’ll dive into a space of Svadhyaya (self-study) through the use of many tools and practices including Yin Yoga, multiple meditation techniques, practices on radical forgiveness, exploring our fears and what’s on the other side, journaling and an introduction to a comprehensive program for daily living that I call “esm2”. Through this exploration of our deeply conditioned patterns and what we hold onto we’ll tap into and experience a space of embodiment and feeling our spirit as it guides us.
The patterns of our minds are strong, and we know as we’ve been told that we have the ability to restructure our beliefs and patterns. The Art of Self-FULLness Experiential Retreat will give you the experience of HOW to achieve your goal of living a life that flows peacefully with love and grace.
Get ready to indulge in meditation, yoga, hiking, relaxation, spa treatments, delicious foods filled with love. To fully step into your most beautiful truth, filled with self- love, self-compassion and self-FULLness!
