About us

PORT

ENG

And here we go again!!

To another amazing experience in the Ayurvedic world, the science of life, and Yoga, which together create a broad and complete path that can lead us to a life of consciousness and health.

This time we will celebrate Spring which is getting closer!

With Ayurveda we will learn how our biotype is influenced by this season, which spices & routines are helpful for the transition from the long and introspective Winter to the colourful and perfumed Spring. We will be able to eliminate the excesses and stress accumulated during Winter to ensure that our biological cycle is luminous and healthy.

Yoga will give us the opportunity to stop and open ourselves to the new season and to energize and detox our body of winter excess.

During these two days the ayurvedic cooking will be experienced beyond theory. We will prepare lunch, snack, dinner, etc tasty and rich in spices, aromas, colours and have the time to open up to the relationship between Ayurveda & Yoga that has the potential to promote health, preparing our own meals in a fun and natural way, exploring the aromas and flavours of the season, creating their own rose jam which will be an important companion in the heat of the summer.

All participants will get a beautiful brochure with the Yoga practice, recipes and Ayurveda routines for Spring and the opportunity to share amazing meals.

For more information and registration, please contact the BmQ team.
