We would love for each and every one of you to come and join us for our weekend retreat in the mountains that will leave your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health rejuvenated, loved and attended to, as Edward & Nicole get married! Together we will awaken through our bodies, meditate, dance, sing, and celebrate life at Camp Williams October 3rd- October 5th 2025!

When you register, you’ll have the option to arrive early—on Wednesday, October 2nd—for even more time to immerse yourself in nature, relax, and connect before the festivities begin.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

This 2-night package from Friday, October 3rd to October 5th includes the following:


Full program tuition; 32-acre property exclusively for Camp Williams guests
2 nights at Beyul (able to add on a third night closer to event)
All breakfasts and dinners, including Friday night rehearsal dinner, brunch and dinner Saturday, and breakfast Sunday morning. Gourmet dining highlights seasonal, local, and organic ingredients.


Please book 1 package per person in your group.

BYOO (bring your own onesie)! We will be having a campfire with s’mores and music after rehearsal dinner. The Gironda’s and Williams’ are going to be planning some relay races, hikes, and other amenities to choose from throughout your stay. Formal invitation will include itinerary, so stay tuned!

Beyul lodging is a collection of historic, hand-built, and eclectic cabins and lodges. Rooms & beds vary in size and layout, but all are charming spaces. Amenities at Beyul include the hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, river access, hiking trails, and more!



 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations will be accepted without charges as long as you cancel 1 month in advance of your arrival date (September 3rd, 2025). If you cancel less than 4 weeks before your arrival date, you will be charged for your full reservation.

We recommend that you consider purchasing Travel Insurance. Travel insurance companies like Travel Guard and Trawick offer policies that insure your investment in case you need to cancel (including “cancel for any reason” coverages), coverages for expenses incurred due to weather & travel delays, personal property loss, and emergency travel medical.  Please review policies carefully to choose the range you need.
